If your team withdraws from a tournament a $100 fee will be assessed. Teams must give withdrawl notification in writing not less than four weeks prior to the start of the event or the entire entry fee will be forfeited.
If event is cancelled due to inclimate weather, future tournament credits will be issued as follows (does not include State and World Series play):

0 games started: Credit in the amount of entry fee, less a $50 administrative fee, applied toward future Premier Sports events

1 game started: Credit of 50% of entry fee less a $50 administrative fee, applied toward future Premier Sports events

2 games started: No refunds

Withdrawal from tournament: No refunds

Cancellation of event by Premier Sports & Events Management: Credit for full amount less a $50 administrative fee toward future Premier Sports events
**Tournaments that will have a Pre - Paid Family Gate Admission:
USSSA / MCYSA Kick Off Classic : $100
Reverse the Curse : $150
Super Elite NIT : $175
All 2008 Riddell USSSA State Championships: $150
USSSA / MCYSA Stars & Stripes : $100
All Lumberyard tournaments that do not have a pre-paid gate fee will have a per person per day gate charge. This gate charge is $4 per person per day and $2 for seniors and childred under the age of 15.
USSSA Illinois 2008 Suspension/Probation List
Per the USSSA State Bylaws, these teams/individuals are prohibited from participating in any USSSA Tournaments until they have paid their outstanding debts.
